FTTH Footprint Analysis
The project creates an AI engine to calculate fiber coverage in specific areas. It integrates network models and provides indicators to optimize business profitability.
Secure QR Facing
State-of-the-art facial recognition techniques (artificial intelligence, mainly) and QR codes are combined and used so as to store biometric information and enhance security.

AI Chatbot for Customer Service
The project seeks to develop a conversational demonstrator that simulates customer service conversations by interpreting natural language (LLM) and generating synthetic speech. It will analyze input text to identify customer intent, learn operational processes and enable exploratory dialogues to resolve those intentions.

Intelligent Customer Email Automation
The project’s main objective is to use cognitive AI engines to streamline the process of triaging and disambiguating emails to intelligently classify them by detecting intent, campaign responses, required data, previous management, sender status and duplicates. Automated and semi-automated processes will be implemented.
