Webpages, mobile apps and email are nowadays the most used communication channels. Mobile apps, in particular, depend strongly on the users’ choice to get them installed on their devices and some other subjective factors such as the device specifications or the user’s trust on the app itself.
This project focuses on thoroughly exploring some e-wallet applications (like Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet, Apple Wallet…) which are natively available on the main mobile operating systems and making the best of the services these offer – some of which are still rather unexplored -, that allow us to implement some functionalities such as integrating contracts (utility bills, for instance), transmitting PUSH notifications with information on these, sending clients customised offers depending on their particular needs and the customer journey stage they are at at the moment… All this done natively!!
